Few fields are changing as quickly as the field of Intelligent Automation.  Players in this area have to adapt to the extreme technological leaps, pioneer new solutions, and successfully lead their customers through the entire process to survive. (And they have to keep up on the latest acronyms, like IA, RPA, AI, AR.)

Leading analyst firm Horses for Sources (HfS) recently published its analysis of the top 22 intelligent automation service providers. Their goal was to find service providers that both could innovate and deliver on the “as a service” economy for their clients.

Each provider was rated on a number of criteria in the categories of innovation and execution. Companies found to be competitively differentiated in Digital Technologies and Intelligent Automation made it to the “Winner’s Circle.”

Cognizant gets it

We are pleased to announce that HfS named Cognizant to HfS’s Winner’s Circle for Intelligent Automation. HfS looked at how we articulated our vision, our investments, what customers were saying, and more. They were specifically looking for providers who were using digital technologies to develop new insight for their clients and who had a well-plotted strategy and road map, both for offerings and for talent development.

Tom Reuner, Research Vice President at HfS Research, noted, “Intelligent automation plays an integral role in how Cognizant delivers core front, middle and back office services and is a central component for strategic imperatives such as delivering next-gen IT systems and platform-based industry solutions.”

Specifically, HfS called us out for being a high-performing global system integrator with a thought leading automation incubator, with a vision and strategy for evolving the industry as a whole.
