Venugopal Muraliprabhu

Venugopal is a Director at Cognizant Enterprise Application Services, under which he  heads the contact center technology and consulting practice. He has 20 years of experience in the contact center/CX/CRM/customer service space. He has helped many clients in various phases, such as CX roadmap definition and design & deployment, bringing thought leadership, bench marking, innovations, channel strategies and digital transformation across different geographies in the contact center/CX areas. He also runs a next-generation contact center solution (Cognizant Intelligent Interactions, an EAS Venture) that’s focused on building AI-based contact center/CX solutions to help clients around AI in the customer service space.
