Stephanie Wan is the Head of Experience Strategy for Banking and Financial Services in Cognizant Digital Experience and a Partner at Idea Couture, a human-centered design firm. She helps organizations craft next-gen experiences that will capture top-line and bottom-line growth by connecting strategies to execution.
With a passion for integrating human behavior with organizational design, Stephanie has led teams to develop innovative products and services. Over the years, she has worked across industries, with a strong focus on financial services.
Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in applied science in chemical engineering from the University of Toronto. In addition to holding a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) designation, she is also an ASQ-certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional.
