Poornima Varadhan is the Practice Lead for P&C Insurance in the Insurance Industry Solution Group at Cognizant. She has 19 years of industry experience, working with large global insurance players in roles that include consulting, venture, advisory, product management and transformational program delivery across global markets.

Poornima has extensive delivery and program management experience in leading and executing engagements for global insurers, with a focus on P&C, annuities and life insurance.

At Cognizant, her primary responsibilities include participating in, helping and leading digital transformation Initiatives, with a focus on SaaS, platform and product implementation, as well as building and nurturing the company’s Duckcreek center of excellence.
