Phillip Schauer is a Consultant within Cognizant Consulting’s Europe practice. His experience focuses on operating models and organizational design, business process improvement, financial synergy identification and modeling, and mergers and acquisitions. Phillip mainly works with media & entertainment clients, but has extensive cross-industry knowledge in financial services, technology and the public sector.
