Kathryn Diaz

Kathy Diaz is the Head of Total Rewards and HR Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) for Cognizant. Kathy’s objectives include ensuring the Total Rewards programs attract, motivate and reward talent for our global community of more than 280,000 associates. She is focused on creating an integrated talent and reward program that drives a high-performance culture. Kathy is also building the HR M&A capability that will enhance the company’s ability to diversify and meet the rapidly changing needs of our clients in the digital age.

Kathy has extensive global experience in HR, including compensation, benefits, HR systems and global mobility across industries. Prior to joining Cognizant in July 2020, Kathy served as VP of Total Rewards at Pearson, a London-based education company, where she led the new global rewards program aligned to the performance management approach, and modernized reward programs, service delivery and employee experience. Prior to Pearson, Kathy held a variety of HR leadership positions at PVH (parent company of Calvin Klein & Tommy Hilfiger) and Merck & Co.
