Justin Jesudas

Justin Jesudas joined Cognizant through the UBS acquisition in 2009.  He is a part of the Cognizant Research Center (CRC) and supports the Connected Products business, providing them with business intelligence, market research and strategic insights.

He is an international para-swimming champion with over 20 gold medals, and has represented India at the Asian Games 2018 in Jakarta, Indonesia, and at the World Championship, Glasgow. He is also a two-time national champion in 10-meter air rifle shooting for his category. Justin is an alumnus of the prestigious Global Sports Mentoring Program, a top diplomatic initiative by the U.S. Department of State to promote disability sports across the globe.

Justin lives a full and colorful life despite a car accident in 2009 that left him paralyzed neck downwards. He is a certified deep-sea diver, a surfer and a fashion model. He is the recipient of the 2016 Cavin Kare Ability Awards (by Ability Foundation), one of the most prominent awards in India, given every year to people with disabilities. More recently he has won the “Heroes of Chennai 2018” award."
