Douglas McCuaig is SVP and Country Leader for Canada. Prior to joining Cognizant, Doug spent 14 years in a number of leadership roles at CGI, including President of the Canadian Operations and President of the European Operations.  He held progressive operations roles managing various aspects of the CGI business, including leading their Global Software & Solutions Business, Global Business Engineering (Outsourcing) and Global Marketing. 
 
Additionally during his career, Doug was the Canadian Consulting Partner lead for Ernst & Young Management Consulting and subsequently for Cap Gemini after the merger focusing on the financial services, telecom and media as well as retail.
 
Doug completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario and Ryerson University, holds an MBA in Marketing & International Business from McMaster University, and received executive management training at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
