Chia Chen is a Leader of the Employee Experience Offering from Cognizant Interactive. He has worked with companies in a number of verticals on end-to-end transformation programs spanning strategy, enablement and implementation, all focused on improving experience to drive growth.

Chia has operated at the intersection of data, experience and software for over 20 years at American Express, an ad tech startup, numerous consultancies and digital experience agencies.
