Benson Philip is a Service Line Specialist in Cognizant’s Data+. He has over 16 years of experience in the technology industry, spanning leadership and customer-facing roles across Europe, the UK and India.

In his previous role at Cognizant, Benson led the Data Modernization practice for the communications, media and technology industries across Europe and the UK. He has strong experience leading large deals within AI, big data, cloud, MDM/PIM, analytics, data warehousing and business intelligence. He was responsible for building the partnership ecosystem and driving wins in the DACH region within the data space (Informatica, Talend, Qlik, Snowflake, MicroStrategy, Splunk, Databricks, Collibra, cloud partners, etc). He is also responsible for Snowflake as a partner EMEA-wide.

Benson also worked as part of the Cognizant Digital Business team, leading the business development initiatives in Germany. Since 2011, he led the pre-sales team for a few verticals in the Data Practice and was based offshore. Benson started his journey at Cognizant in 2008 as a data warehouse and BI consultant and has spent his entire career within the data space.
